Rapunzel's Tower Cake

Base was made with two layers 16x16 square.  Tower was made from six 4 inch rounds. Roof was the top of the large cupcake pan.  Castle wall all fondant.

Chocolate Fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling. 

First Birthday Cake

3 Tiered (10 inch, 8 inch 6 inch)  Vanilla cake with canolli filling.  Buttercream icing and covered in fondant.  Cupcakes to match
